PSYCHOLOGY × RESEARCH × DESIGN
Understanding people.
Designing futures.
Exploring how research and human-centered
design can turn complex problems into better experiences.

About Me
I'm interested in the
problems that don't have
obvious answers.
Hi! I'm Chloe, a Psychology and Innovation & Society student at the University of Miami, with a minor in Business Technology.
My work sits at the intersection of behavioral research, design, and strategy. From independently researching how students navigate college decisions to mapping barriers in accessing campus resources, I've learned that the most interesting problems are often different from what they first appear to be.
I like digging into those problems, talking to people, finding patterns in messy information, and turning what I learn into solutions that are both meaningful to people and practical to pursue.
How I think:

01
Question
assumptions
Look beyond the initial problem to understand what's really going on.

02
Collect information
Explore how people interact with complex experiences.

03
Find the patterns
Make sense of complex, potentially conflicting insights to uncover opportunities.

04
Connect research
to action
Translate findings into ideas, solutions, and suggestions.
